＜略歴＞

1965年京都府生まれ。 1989年大阪大学経済学部卒業後、株式会社東京銀行に入行。 本店勤務、外務省経済協力局国際機構課研究調査員派遣（1992-1994年）、支店での融資渉外業務を経て、 ハーバード大学ケネディスクール（行政学大学院）留学（1996-1998年）。 MPA（Master in Public Administration:公経営管理（＝行政）修士）取得。 帰国後株式会社東京三菱銀行本部勤務を最後に銀行を退職。 大阪大学大学院国際公共政策研究科博士後期課程（1999-2001年）修了。 博士（国際公共政策）取得（主査：真田英彦先生、副査：林敏彦先生、山内直人先生）。 グロービスマネジメントスクール非常勤講師（1999年9月-2000年8月）、神戸市立外国語大学非常勤講師（2000年4月-2001年3月）、 2001年松山大学経営学部専任講師、2002年より同准教授、2009年より教授現在に至る。松山短期大学第16代学長（2015年4月-2018年3月）、2018年4月より現職に復帰。 2004年8月－2005年8月オーストラリア国立大学客員研究員。 2006年4月－2007年3月愛媛大学非常勤講師。2012年4月-明治大学ビジネス倫理研究所研究員。専門は、ICTマネジメント、電子商取引論、情報倫理、情報社会論、NPO論、ソーシャルビジネス論。 著書・論文 「これからのICT」（SPC出版、2002年：松山大学研究叢書第37巻）、 「NPOと地域通貨」（『NPO研究2000』所収、日本評論社、2000年） "A Case Study of DIY ICT"( info, Vol.10, No.4, Emerald, 2008）"IT Enabled Services"(Springer, 2013)等。
